About the editors

David S. Goldbloom, OC, MD, FRCPC is Senior Medical Advisor at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. He is an active clinician and teacher.

Jon Davine, MD, CCFP, FRCPC, is a psychiatrist who works directly with primary care providers through the Hamilton-Wentworth HSO Mental Health Program. He is also Associate Professor, Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences and Associate Member, Family Medicine, McMaster University. His work in primary care includes being the co-ordinator and a presenter of a week-long CME program "Psychiatry for Family Physicians" and his role as co-ordinator of "Psychiatry of Family Doctors", a monthly McMaster University CME series.
